The exhaust is one of the most important components of a vehicle, working to guide toxic gases generated by the engine away from the vehicle and also to reduce the noise generated by the engine.

One of the most common reasons an exhaust system breaks down is because of rusting. At Auto Exhausts we use aluminised steel which works to combat rusting, rather than the more commonly used mild steels which are less resilient. We stock all the leading brands of exhaust manufacturers such as Bosal, Walker and GT and have exhausts for cars of every make and model.

Another common reason exhausts break is due to impact with the road, speed bumps or kerbs. It is often the case that exhausts damaged in this way do not need to be completely replaced. At Auto Exhausts we provide an effective repair service, combining our high-quality welding equipment with our years of experience to patch up or fabricate replacements for the broken parts. This method costs much less than replacing the entire exhaust.

We use both oxygen-acetylene and MIG welding which allows us to produce superior quality welds that ensure you get the maximum life from your exhaust system.
